Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for your project. BayWeb AI retains the right to use general techniques, tools, and frameworks developed during the project. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your project proposal or agreement. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

BayWeb AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Any deposits or prepayments for uncompleted work may be refundable at our discretion.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
